The venue can host up to 300 guests and has separate spaces for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Itโ€™s ideal for both intimate gatherings and larger celebrations.

The best part though? You can take newlywed photos at either of these spaces, even if you don’t hold the ceremony there!

The Courtyard


The white brick courtyard adorned with tons of plants and flowers is the most beautiful ceremony location.


If you choose an indoor ceremony, this space can be used for wedding photos such as your first look, portraits and wedding party photos!

Indoors


The most popular ceremony space is indoors. This space features a white brick wall room, concrete floors and large windows.


This industrial space is perfect for allowing you to put your own design on the blank canvas!

Brick and Ivey offers the ability to have your cocktail hour outside in the courtyard while the main space is transitioned from the ceremony to reception space.

Cocktail Hour at Brick and Ivey


Brick and Iveyโ€™s layout makes for a seamless transition into cocktail hour. Most couples choose to host this portion of the evening in the lush open-air courtyard. Itโ€™s the perfect spot for guests to mingle, enjoy passed hors dโ€™oeuvres, and sip cocktails before transitioning into the reception space. If the weather doesnโ€™t cooperate, the optional indoor cocktail hour room provides a weather backup plan!

The reception space at Brick and Ivey is truly breathtakingโ€”an industrial interior with industrial ceilings, white brick and unique light fixtures provides a stunning canvas to add your own touches. The open floor plan gives you the freedom to customize your layout.

The cost for a Brick and Ivey wedding start at $5,500 for intimate gatherings and increases based off of guest count, day of the week, duration and other variables.

Elopement & Micro Wedding Pricing

available Monday through Thursday for up to 30 guests. the
Montaluce offers in-house catering with three tiers ranging from $100โ€“$140 per person.
