Barn South is a modern barn wedding venue in North Georgia that offers indoor and outdoor ceremony and reception locations. With its white, light filled barn- it’s a more elevated and updated barn wedding venue option. It can accommodate up to 250 guests.

The 5,300 sq. ft. interior boasts a climate-controlled atrium, bridal suite, and catering kitchen, while the adjoining green space offers versatility for ceremonies or alfresco dining. Luxurious amenities include a bridal suite with private en suite, alongside outdoor ceremony sites on the front lawn.

Barn South Wedding Cost
VENUE COST (UPDATED FOR 2024)
The cost for a Barn South wedding start at just $3,000! This is significantly less than most other Georgia wedding venues.
The venue provides a bridal suite, groom’s airstream, restrooms, parking, and ADA accessibility. Additionally, a catering prep kitchen, setup/breakdown services, and extensive rental items are included. Complimentary photoshoot access and rehearsal time are part of the package.
To secure your date, a non-refundable payment of $1,500 is required upon signing the rental agreement, which is deducted from your total rental fee. The remaining balance can be divided into three payments due 180 days, 90 days, and 30 days before your event. Full payment is required 30 days prior to your scheduled event.

Ceremony Options
Main Lawn
The main lawn is directly outside of the barn. It’s the most popular ceremony location at Barn South.
It features a paved pathway leading from the doors of the barn to the alter, and a large lawn for up to 250 guests to attend.
Inside The Barn
Inside Barn South is a white-walled open concept, modern industrial design. You can choose this location for your ceremony or have it as a back-up location incase of inclement weather. It’s the perfect blank canvas for you to put your own design on! This is also the main reception space.
Barn South Wedding Photographers
Hire a photographer that is familiar with the venue to get the best wedding photos. We’ll create a custom timeline for you that ensures optimal lighting at the best locations throughout the day, and take photos at all the hidden gem spots!
