The Location
409 Bishop St NW in Atlanta, Georgia
Summerour Studio sits right in the Westside Provisions District, one of the best pockets of Atlanta to drop a wedding into. You’re about 15 minutes from the airport, walking distance from some of the city’s best hotels and restaurants, and surrounded by old warehouse architecture that gives the whole neighborhood real character. For couples with a lot of out of town guests, the location alone is a huge win.
The Venue
NATURAL LIGHT VENUE WITH A LUSH COURTYARD
Inside, Summerour Studio is all exposed brick, vaulted ceilings, and oversized windows that pull natural light in from every angle. But the courtyard is what sells most couples on this place. Ivy walls, cobblestones underfoot, open sky overhead. It feels more like somewhere you’d stumble into on a trip to Italy than a venue ten minutes from downtown Atlanta. Inside the main hall, the grand staircase does a lot of the heavy lifting for both ceremony processionals and bridal party portraits.

Summerour Studio Ceremony Options
There are three main ceremony setups at Summerour Studio. The nice part is that all three spaces are right next to each other, so even if you only use one for the ceremony, we can shoot portraits in all of them after.
Grand Staircase
The best option is to have the ceremony facing the grand staircase. Walking from behind the white curtain shown below, down the aisle to the stairs creates a memorable entrance.

Curtain
The primary area of the venue serves as the location for indoor ceremonies and receptions. Spanning over 8,000 square feet, it features vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors, ample windows, and charming string lights.
A white curtain separates the ceremony space from the reception area. Couples have the option to position their ceremony facing either the curtain or the staircase (details above).

Courtyard
The most stunning ceremony location is the courtyard. Brimming with greenery, the courtyard offers a picturesque setting for your Summerour Studio wedding ceremony.
However, most couples opt out of this option as there’s a dog boarding facility nextdoor, so you risk hearing barking during the ceremony. But don’t worry, we’ll still use this space for photos!

Summerour studio Reception Options
One of the things we love about shooting here is how easily the day flows from ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Everything happens in one building, and your guests aren’t trekking across a property between events.
Cocktail Hour at Summerour Studio
Most couples host cocktail hour out in the courtyard. Guests mingle under string lights, grab hors d’oeuvres, and the energy stays high. If the weather isn’t cooperating, the indoor foyer is a solid plan B with the same high ceilings and brick walls. Both options photograph well, so it’s really a comfort call.
Summerour Studio Reception
The reception space is one of our favorite rooms in Atlanta to shoot. High ceilings, exposed beams, and those arched windows we keep mentioning. The floor plan is open, so you can run long farm tables, round seated dinners, or family-style and it all works
Catering is exclusive to Bold Catering & Design, which sounds restrictive but ends up being a win for couples since Bold is genuinely great. We’ve shot enough weddings here to say that with confidence..

The cost of a Summerour Studio Atlanta wedding starts at $4,000 for a weekday during off season, and ranges up to $13,500 for a Saturday during peak season.
